consuming one forth to two thirds of the calories that we should
be consuming in one day to maintain our weight. It is nothing for
us to consume 22 teaspoons of sugar a day because it is hidden
in our food.

We need to examine and educate ourselves to not be duped. We
need to know what foods we can eat to turn our fat burning furnace
back on to be able to loose that ugly fat. Finally a easy weight
