Calorie Cycling And Shifting Calories Diet

YayFOOD Review

Rachel Rofe was a very overweight child, and as an adult she decided to do something about it. She tried numerous diets, many did not help. But over time, she figured out something that did and she went from a size 26/28 to a 10 in a few years time

Out of this the Yay Food membership was born.

If you need some support and encouragement, which many people do, join  yayFOOD's membership This is a calorie shifting diet. And you have a forum to talk over your problems, get personal answers from Rachel and in general give you support. Rachel was overweight during childhood and into adult hood, and I find her to be a caring, helpful person.

She has both a weight loss calorie shifting/counting program and a weight maintenance program. A nice bonus is workout songs and inspirational quotes
to help you along, when I looked at it. You are helped with weight loss recipes.

One of the things that is different is that you eat moderately of mostly foods you want, the on day 6 and 7, you can have two days that you ca have higher calories. This keeps you from feeling deprived.

What Do You Get?

  • Meal Plans - You can eat whatever you want with yayFOOD but there are also meal plans... a recipe database... even menus of what Rachel eats.

  • Guidance  - You will be following this plan for llife, so all your questions are answered.

  • Community Support - Yayfood has a forum where experts to answer all your questions, talk about goal setting.

  • This is fun -you can even set it up so that your friends and family members automatically get emailed every time you reach a goal.

  • You will learn how To Shop At The Grocery Store - You can eat anything you want but you get a list of the very best "bang-for-your-buck" foods.

  • Access to a Fat Burning Calculator - You put in your height and weight, and you're told exactly how to melt fat off - you can pick either "Fat Release" or "Extreme Fat Release"

  • YayFood comes with a no questions asked, 8-week money back guarantee.

  • And much more.

After the diet is over, you need to introduce your carbohydrates slowly, rather than jumping back onto them full force. AND you need to have a more nutritious, healthy eating habits in general - Remember 7 or more half cup servings of fruits and vegetables daily. Otherwise, you just lose then gain, lose then gain.

Any Negatives?

I saw one complaint at Yahoo Answers that the person joined thinking the diet was all worked out for him. What he did not realize, is that you get to individualize it, rather tha it being a strict diet everyone must follow the same regimine. One needs to do a little work in making up your individualized diet.

It is a membership, so some people will see that as a negative. On the other hand a membership allows more support and interaction with Rachel and other members.
You get to ask questions and get answers.

What Others Are Saying About Yay Food

From Yay foods site

"I have done many other others including Weight Watchers and never got to each so much food. I just love it.

Today marks my first weekly weigh in... I started out last Friday morning at 232 pounds... today I weighed 225 pounds so that is a 7 pound loss in 1 week.
Nette

So far I have lost 9 lbs in a little over a week and I do a lot of sitting. I love this because there are no drastic changes and I don't have to be embarrassed or even tell anybody what I'm doing.
