Why not add more leafy green vegetables into your diet as you do this one? You need the vegetables for the fiber and the minerals, to build your health. If you don't get plenty of minerals in your diet, your health will go downhill.
After the calorie shifting diet is over, you need to introduce your carbohydrates slowly, rather than jumping back onto them full force. Most people eat too many carbohydrates, so examine what you do and adjust your intake of carbohydrates to be moderate after this diet. Don't go back to a high carbohydrate and high sugar way of life.
AND you need to have a more nutritious, healthy eating habits in general - Remember 7 or more half cup servings of fruits and vegetables daily. This provides the vitamins and minerals to build a healthy body.

I looked around the internet and only found a couple.
1. You have to drink a lot of water. (Most people do not drink enough water, so sure, it is going to seem like a lot.)

3. Some people complain that they did not lose the 9 pounds that the website had on their sales page that they would lose in 11 days. (Yes, most people will lose different amount of weight doing the same program. It is the way the individuals metabolism is set up, and whether they fully work the plan or not. 9 pounds in 11 days is a crazy amount of weight to lose, even though some do.)
