Your body cannot &lt;br /&gt;help but turn all this excess carbohydrates into fat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Focus more on vegetables and some fruit each day for snacks. &lt;br /&gt;This is conducive to good health as these have a vitamins &lt;br /&gt;and minerals in them that the body recognizes and uses. They &lt;br /&gt;are higher in water and give your body fiber, all needed &lt;br /&gt;for good health.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You don’t have to rush weight loss. You only need to reduce &lt;br /&gt;your calorie intake by 100 calories per day to make a &lt;br /&gt;substantial effect on your weight over the period of the &lt;br /&gt;year.
