Weight Loss Diet Variety

One of the biggest reasons that people slip off their diets and
eating plans is BOREDOM.

Fish three times a week. Chicken four nights a week. Green leafy
vegetables till you can see them in your sleep. Who wouldn't get
bored?

It's very easy to look at the foods allowed on your diet and see
it as restrictive and boring.

The answer is - put your diet for weight loss together with some variety,
a good set of cookbooks and a healthy imagination. Give your diet some
variety with spices and fill your refrigerator with fresh fruits and
vegetables, then look for novel ways to combine them.
