Use A Pedometer

Did you know that by using a pedometer you could lose 35 pounds
per year. Here is how:

Just take 10,000 steps a day. You could lose around 35 pounds a year
without changing your diet. 10,000 steps a day burns enough calories
to take off about 35 pounds in a year.

I do recommend good eating habits, but this just shows how important
the movement and exercise is to aid you in weight loss.

Just clip it on your belt first thing in the morning. Note how many
steps you are taking and increase that until you have 10,000 each day.
It is a great way to gauge how you are doing in meeting your weight
